Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. 322 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to secure their account information. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact 322 support immediately.
Accurate Personal Information
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. 322 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of all associated winnings.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree not to use the 322 platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms. The following rules apply to all users without exception:
- The use of automated software or methods (bots, scripts, computer programs) to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from 322 is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of cheating, manipulation, or unauthorised collusion in games to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring account balance or winnings to other users is strictly prohibited unless done through channels authorised by the platform.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or region when using the 322 platform.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Deposit Methods
All transactions on the 322 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits made through unapproved methods will not be credited and may be subject to a processing fee.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated by the platform. 322 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. 322 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions on the 322 platform are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in the respective campaign terms. Bonus value cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met. 322 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 322.
Account Suspension & Closure
322 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. In the event of a justified suspension, any valid account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to the prevailing withdrawal policy.
Third-Party Links
The 322 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. 322 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms

Governing Law
